Gästehaus Mair opened in mid-July 2020 with a new concept & name: Highlight Apartments.

In a wonderful panoramic location, above St. Pauls, you will find five new and modernly furnished holiday apartments. With their large terraces, the apartments offer a feel-good atmosphere for young and old.

Our guesthouse is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, museums and city visits (close to the city of Bolzano 8 km). With our Südtirol Guest Pass (included in the room price) you can discover South Tyrol for free.

Arrival: The holiday apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 pm.
Depature: We ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 am.

Our Harmony Apartment is barrier-free. We are looking forward to seeing you!

Breakfast

We offer bread service and a selection of breakfast baskets on request. Just ask!

We point out that pets are not allowed in our holiday apartments.

To confirm your booking a deposit (up to 30% of the total amount) must be paid.

We accept cash payment, Bancomat and credit cards (EC-Card, Visa, Mastercard)

Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days before your arrival, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations from the 21st day onwards, the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations must be notified in writing in all cases.

For bookings of 5 nights or more, the final cleaning is already included in the room price. For stays of less than 5 nights we reserve the right to charge a flat rate of 50€.

  • Exceptionally modern and very tastefully furnished flat, more beautiful than in the photos. The view from the roof terrace was just great. Breakfast can be brought to the flat or enjoyed in the lounge (with super view). There is also a coffee machine there that is accessible at all times - a nice extra. We noticed the cleanliness particularly positively, every time the bed was changed, even the pillow cases and duvet covers were washed - I don't think that's a matter of course. We will definitely be back!
